Please remember to submit your updated slip and vessel record forms to our office ASAP.  All records are being purged and updated as to reflect a current and accurate accounting of all informations for the purpose accountability and emergency response.  All insurances must be accompanied with a copy of the declaration page identifying your vessel.  Thank you. In reference to the letter dated July 30th explaining Charter Cable and the new bulk rate charge, the Board of Directors have decided to cap a maxium cable TV charge of $20.00 per month per subscriber.  This means that if you are a subcriber you can pay no more than $20.00 per month, but it can be less according to the number of subscribers for each month.  It is very important that you notify our office in reference to your cable TV needs.  If you are presently a subscriber you do not have to do anything.  Please contact this office if you desire to be a new subscriber.  This can also be accomplished when filing your new vessel application form that was provided to you in the last billing cycle.  Failing to declare and using cable TV service increases the costs to all our users, so please pay your fair share.  A 3 month penalty cost ($60.00) will be added to your monthly bill for any unauthorized cable TV service.  All monies collected will be applied to the cable TV account to provide this amenity at the lowest cost possible.  Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Our 4th of July Celebration was a great success.  A good time was had by all.  Plenty of BBQ, Chicken, and music made for a true 4th of July down home celebration.  A beautiful day with great weather provided for one of the best and largest gathering our club has known.  We look forward to seeing everyone again next July 4th as our family grows.  Please see our photo album for some of the pictures taken from this years 4th of July party.   

 

Our Grant request was approved on 16 August 2010.  The total cost of the pump-out station amounted to $16,776.90.  Our N.C. Grant assistance was approved for $12,582.67.  Construction will begin on 02 September 2010.  Thank you for your patience as a substantial amount of money was saved. I am sorry to report that their has been vandelism reported to this office on serveral occassions during the past year.  As a result, our Board of Directors agreed that the appropriate action was to install security cameras to protect the interests of its members.  Thus the Board of Directors have also agreed that it was in the best interest of all concerned to make aware of the 24X7 surveillance at and around the clubhouse.   This includes the common area and pool.  This action is for enhancing safety and for the protection of property.  Please feel free to direct any and all concerns to this office at any time.  Thank you, Randy MMSS,llc.

 

We have had increasing complaints about dogs not being kept on a  leash.

 

The board of directors is looking for member volunteers to be on our architectural and social committees.  When we get a list of volunteers, the board will select the participants on those committees.  Please contact the manager via phone or e-mail & let her know if you are interested in serving.  Thank you for your support!!
